Gold coast netball carnival

On Thursday and Saturday the a and b team were entered into the gold coast netball tournament. The girls were a little shell shocked at the beginning of the tournament and on the Thursday we experienced more 'freak weather
'. At times the extreme down pours made game play very difficult but the girls fought well and remained determined throughout the two days. The girls learnt a lot and made huge improvements over the two days, developing as a team and as individuals. Player of the tournament for the a team was hannah swallow, for her versatility, for playing centre, goal defence, goal keeper and goal attack. Player of the tournament for the b team was raeesah nazir for her fantastic and effective play in defence!
